We can advise and undertake all works relating to planning, design, schemes, contract administration, tender processes and analysis and onsite monitoring of the works.

Our services include the following, but this is not an exhaustive list:

Planning Phase:


  • Source, assemble, liaise and coordinate the project design team.
  • Provide Architectural scheme layouts of buildings and facilities where required.
  • Coordination and preparation of planning drawings, plans and elevations of proposed and existing.
  • Coordinating and compiling reports, drawings etc for the planning application.
  • Completing and submitting relevant forms for planning application.

Site Investigation Phase:

  • Procure Site Investigation Company to undertake necessary geotechnical and environmental site investigation reports and analysis.
  • Procure company to undertake any further environmental reports as necessary.

Utilities:

  • Liaise with utility companies with regards to water, gas, electric, sewerage etc for the proposed development.

CDM Coordinator

  • To carry out role of CDM Co-ordinator as required by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, to ensure as Client that you meet your legal obligations, including:
  • Checking competence of proposed, Principle Contractor and sub contractors.
  • Preparation of Pre-commencement Health and Safety information.
  • Issue of HSE Form F10.
  • Ensure Principle Contractor undertakes their role as required by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, including providing:
    • Construction Phase H&S Plan.
    • Site waste management plan.
    • Provides all Health and safety documentation, risk assessments and method statements.
  • Assessing Principle Contractors Construction Phase H&S Plan.
  • Ensuring all information for the Project H&S File for issue on completion of the works is provided by the Principle Contractor.

Construction Drawings and Building Regulations Phase:

  • Coordination and preparation of Building Regulations information drawings, plans and calculations of proposed project.
  • Completing and submitting relevant forms for Building Regulations Application.

Tender Phase:

  • Source nominated contractor list for specialist items such as flood lights, playing surfaces etc.
  • Production of Tender details, schedule of works required and documentation for issue to Principle Contractors for tender purposes.
  • Reviewing tenders and providing analysis and recommendations.
  • Interview contractors where required to ensure Principle contractor is competent to carry out their role.

Construction Phase:

  • Act as Contract Administrator and prepare and instigate relevant contract for the project.
  • Attendance at site meetings and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Attend site visits to ensure work is being progressed as per the specifications and drawings and on schedule. Produce photographic records and written reports on progress.
  • Provide monthly valuations of the work undertaken to ensure accurate payments to the principle contractor and ensure correct retention is applied to the payments.
  • Provide regular cost statements to show ongoing costs and any anticipated costs.
